Errtert werden externe Faktoren wie Marktpotential, Wettbewerbssituation und Standortqualitt, interne Faktoren wie Strategie, Betriebsgre, Management, Personal, Finanzierung, Beschaffung, Ladengestaltung, Sortiment, Service, Preispolitik und Werbung sowie intervenierende Faktoren wie Umsatz und Stammkundenanteil. Dazu werden Hypothesen formuliert und diese zu BasisKausalmodellen verdichtet. Kompakter, prziser und praxisnher kann man eine empirisch gehaltvolle Theorie nicht darstellen. Aufbauend auf den Basismodellen befat sich die Arbeit mit den spezifischeren Erfolgsfaktoren fr filialisierte Vertriebssysteme, also mit den strategischen Grnden fr Erfolg und Mierfolg von Filialen. KUBE entwickelt eine Analysemethode, die fr die strategische Marktforschung im Handel richtungweisend ist. Da diese Methodik tauglich und effizient ist, belegt er an Daten aus einem Kooperationsprojekt des Marketinglehrstuhls der TU Berlin mit einer Brauerei. Untersucht werden deren Vertragsgaststtten als 'Filialen' im BrauereiVertriebssystem.
