Empirisch abgesicherte Befunde zu den Erfolgsfaktoren fehlen bislang. Goetz Greve prsentiert ein Konzept, mit dem der Erfolg von CRM in Unternehmen ber die gesamte Dauer der Kundenbeziehung differenziert gemessen werden kann. Auf der Basis einer europaweiten branchenbergreifenden Befragung von 90 Unternehmen zeigt er mit Hilfe des PartialLeastSquares (PLS)Ansatzes die mageblichen Faktoren fr ein erfolgreiches Management der Kundenbeziehungen auf. Er verdeutlicht die Wirkungszusammenhnge und liefert damit Hinweise auf relevante Stellgren, die zum Erfolg von CRMImplementierungen beitragen.
