Es werden die Auswirkungen fr Unternehmen unter verschiedenen konomischen Rahmenbedingungen ermittelt, verglichen und analysiert. Insgesamt kommt der Verfasser zum Ergebnis, da unter bestimmten Bedingungen zwischen den diskutierten Vorschlgen keine gravierenden Unterschiede im Steuerniveau zu erwarten wren. Den einfacheren und konomisch vorteilhafteren Reformvorschlgen sollte daher der Vorzug gegeben werden.
