Daher wird ein entsprechend ausgerichteter Kraftwerkspark unterhalten, der es ermglicht, auf Lastnderungen der Verbraucherseite mit den notwendigen Leistungsnderungen auf der Erzeugerseite zu reagieren. Bei unerwarteten Schwankungen ist kurzfristig Regelenergie einsetzbar, um Abweichungen zu kompensieren. Ebenso wie Lastnderungen auf der Verbraucherseite stellt die fluktuierende Einspeisung aus erneuerbaren Energietrgern ins Stromnetz auf der Erzeugerseite ein Problem dar. Das schwankende Dargebot von Wind und Sonneneinstrahlung fhrt dazu, dass die zu erwartende elektrische Leistung, die aus diesen alternativen Energien erzeugt wird, im Voraus nicht genau bestimmt werden kann. Das Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit besteht darin, das Potenzial des Lastmanagements als Ersatz fr Regelenergiekraftwerke abzuschtzen. Lastmanagement wird bisher vor allem zur Verstetigung des Leistungsbedarfs innerhalb von Unternehmen oder Verteilungsnetzen verwendet. Zur Nutzung als Regelenergie sind zum Teil technische und organisatorische Vernderungen im Bereich der Stromversorgung notwendig. Vor allem gilt dies fr Haushaltsgerte, da dort zustzliche technische Einbauten notwendig sind, die eine effiziente Beteiligung am Lastmanagement ermglichen. Eine vollstndige Umsetzung des Lastmanagements wird in diesen Fllen erst mit dem schrittweisen Austausch der Altgerte mglich. Um dieser Entwicklung Rechnung zu tragen, erstreckt sich der Zeithorizont der vorliegenden Untersuchung auf die kommenden 15 Jahre.
