Wir haben uns keine Gedanken darber gemacht, was und warum Mrchen so sind, wie sie sind. Als Ziel fr diese Arbeit habe ich den Bereich des Essens in Kinder und Hausmrchen von Brdern Grimm gewhlt, um herauszufinden, warum Phnomene wie Essenschilderungen oder das Gefressenwerden dort berhaupt Platz gefunden haben. Als Erstes schildere ich die im Mrchen am meisten auftauchenden Mrchenfiguren, die durch ihre Grausamkeiten oder auch nicht, besonders hervorstechen. Der Wolf, die Hexe und die Stiefmutter waren meine Favoriten in dieser Arbeit. Das Thema der Grausamkeit im Mrchen lie sich nicht umgehen, weil dieser Bereich auch heute noch von den Mrchenforschern und Kinderpsychologen am meisten diskutiert wird und verdient, meiner Meinung nach, auch in dieser Arbeit erwhnt zu werden. Solche Mrchen wie Von dem Machandelboom erschrecken uns mit ihren von uns als grausam geglaubten Inhalten ob dem so ist, wird in dieser Arbeit kurz dargestellt. Um am Thema Essen zu bleiben, untersuche ich das HungerMotiv mit allen seinen Erklrungen und Rechtfertigungen. Und fand, letztendlich, dass einige Situationen im Mrchen Hnsel und Gretel einiges dazu beitragen knnen. Am Ende meiner Arbeit beschftige ich mich mit den Wirkungen solcher Mrchen auf die Kinder, wobei von ihren Gefhlen der Angst ausgegangen wird.
