This wellestablished textbook offers an indepth view of law for students of estate and land management, commencing with the english legal system, the law of contract, the law of tort, and land law, leading to closing sections on the law of landlord and tenant and planning law, taking into account recent statutory provisions on the way. These include the Human Rights Act 1998, the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, and the Land Registration Act 2002.

I was really disappointed with this book. The examples felt outdated and it didn't cover some of the modern issues I was facing. I expected more current insights on estate management laws.

Great resource for estate planning!
As someone who's new to estate management, this book was super helpful. It covers so many important topics in a way that's easy to understand. I especially liked the sections on tax implications; they really clarified a lot for me!

Decent guide but lacks depth
I found this book on estate management to be okay. It covers the basics well, but I was hoping for more in-depth strategies. Still, it was a good refresher on the essentials and I’ll keep it for reference.
