En el presente trabajo se abordan las estrategias de servicios emprendidas por las operadoras habilitadas en los segmentos de telefona fija, telefona mvil, difusin por suscripcin (TV por cable) e Internet en venezuela, desde la perspectiva estratgica e interdisciplinaria; sealando las orientaciones econmica y social para asegurar la rentabilidad y competitividad, acorde al marco legal venezolano. Las estrategias de servicios implementadas por las operadoras se desarrollan bajo patrones neoclsicos y sistmicos, direccionadas de acuerdo a los cambios de las economas internacionales, para reducir los costos asociados a los tiempos de operacin, diferenciarse para ofrecer un mejor precio;y elevar los niveles de participacin de mercado, tanto en el mbito internacional como en el nacional. Las estrategias detectadas en el sector de telecomunicaciones en Venezuela, se encuentran en permanente reconsideracin procurando promover un sector productivo, en pro de la justicia social mediante la democratizacin y socializacin de los servicios de telecomunicaciones, coadyuvando a la reduccin de la brecha digital e impulsar la soberana tecnolgica en el pas.
