Cette tude a concern deux plantes caractrisant la rgion du Sud du Maroc : Asteriscus graveolens subsp. odorus et Asteriscus imbricatus. Une premire partie de ce travail a concern ltude phytochimique pour prospecter les diffrents composs chimiques de ces deux plantes connues dans la pharmacope traditionnelle marocaine pour le traitement de la fivre, des dsordres des tractus gastrointestinaux, des douleurs cphaliques, de la bronchite, des coliques, des gastralgies et de la blennorragie. En utilisant les diffrentes techniques de la spectroscopie de RMN et IR, une nouvelle lactone sesquiterpne a t isole de la plante Asteriscus graveolens subsp. odorus, pour la premire fois, nomme naupliolide avec un nouveau squelette ttracyclique. Pour faire face aux problmes des champignons qui attaquent les serres et les stations de conditionnement de la rgion du Sud du Maroc, une deuxime partie de ce travail a t lobjet dune tude antifongique des extraits, des huiles essentielles et des produits purs des deux plantes tudies contre les champignons : Penicillium digitatum, Penicillium expansum et Botrytis cinerea.
