En la actualidad la educacin en Mxico esta pasando por una serie de cambios en sus reformas educativas, todo con la finalidad de brindar a sus alumnos una educacin de calidad, y es por ello que es necesario no solo evaluar a los alumnos, sino tambin a los docentes, debido a que son un pilar importante dentro de la educacin. Esta propuesta permitir evaluar cinco diversas categoras como son: planeacin, gestin del ambiente de clase, gestin curricular, gestin didctica, evaluacin. A lo largo de esta evaluacin se podrn identificar las competencias que desarrollen en el transcurso de una sesin. Se llevo a cabo de manera presencial. Por lo que se hace la propuesta de realizar un curso con base en los temas manejados en el libro PISA para docentes: La Evaluacin como Oportunidad De Aprendizaje. Es importante que se lleve a cabo la evaluacin del desempeo docente para identificar las reas de oportunidad para mejorar la calidad en la educacin. Se espera que esta investigacin sea de ayuda para todos los docentes,para que cada uno pueda hacer una autoevaluacin y as brindar una educacin de calidad.
