About the Author Die DiplomGeographin und Gymnasiallehrerin Franziska Noltenius wurde 1981 in Strausberg geboren. Nach ihrem Studium der Geographie an der HumboldtUniversitt zu Berlin wurde ihre Passion fr das Unterrichten immer deutlicher, sodass sie an der Universitt Bremen die Fcher Politische Bildung und Geographie fr das Lehramt an Gymnasien studierte. Whrend ihrer praktischen Ttigkeit als Studienreferendarin an einem Brandenburger Gymnasium wurde ihr die Bedeutsamkeit einer harmonischen LehrerSchlerBeziehung immer bewusster. Dieser Thematik wendet sie sich in der vorliegenden Studie intensiv zu und gibt anderen Lehrkrften dabei wertvolle Anregungen, sich fr Rckmeldungen von Schlerseite zu ffnen.
