Using a combination of quantitative and qualitative techniques, this study sought to evaluate information infrastructure in Penang Island with attempt to find the related issues and answering research problems. Results of the study show that although some of tourists are managed to find accurate and efficient information about/in Penang, yet there is lack of required information infrastructure in the island.
