Die Befestigung der Epithesen durch Implantate hat die Lebensqualitt der Patienten und deren Zufriedenheit deutlich verbessert. Die Entzndung stellt jedoch eine hufige Komplikation dar. In dieser Arbeit wurden anamnestisch Patientendaten erhoben und das periimplantre Gewebe klinisch beurteilt. Die SFFR wurde mit dem Periotron8000 und das Calprotectin, Interleukin6 und Hmoglobin in der Sulkusflssigkeit durch ELISA gemessen. Es wurde festgestellt, dass das IL6 ein valider periimplantrer Entzndungsmarker ist. Die gesteigerte Exsudatssekretion (SFFR) und die Freisetzung von Calprotectin scheinen sowohl bei klinisch gesunden perkutanen Implantaten als auch bei Implantaten mit einer Periimplantitis wichtige Faktoren bei der Untersttzung der physikalisch geschwchten Hautbarriere um dem Implantat zu sein. Die Erfassung der SFFR kann als objektive, leicht durchfhrbare Messung sowohl diagnostisch bei einer Entzndung als auch zur Verlaufsbeurteilung bei einer PeriimplantitisTherapie empfohlen werden. Fr den Erhalt eines entzndungsfreien Gewebes ist klinisch eine ausreichende periimplantre Gewebeausdnnung bis eine Taschentiefe von weniger als 3mm zu fordern.
