I found 'Existential Metapsychiatry' interesting but a bit challenging to get through. Some concepts felt abstract and I had to reread sections. It's definitely a niche book, so if you're looking for light reading, this isn’t it. Just keep that in mind!

Interesting but Confusing at Times
While I appreciate the depth of 'Existential Metapsychiatry', I have to say some parts were really hard to grasp. It’s not your typical self-help book. If you're up for a challenge and enjoy philosophical texts, then give it a try. Just be prepared to work through some convoluted sections!
