Product Description Gerade in der heutigen Zeit, in der die Globalisierung weitgehend vorangeschritten ist und Englisch sich weltweit als einheitliche Geschftssprache durchgesetzt hat, sollte die Notwendigkeit einer interkulturellen Vorbereitung aus Sicht der Unternehmen als selbstverstndlich gelten. Deshalb drften in der Regel bei internationalen Einstzen kaum Probleme auftreten, da die Mitarbeiter aufgrund der immens groen Bedeutung ausreichend interkulturelle Qualifikationen besitzen. Ein Blick auf die aktuellen Situationen widerlegt jedoch diese Annahmen. Der internationale Wettbewerb hat sich verschrft, die Wirtschaft ist weltweit strker vernetzt, wodurch sie immer komplexer wird. Kulturelle Unterschiede im Denken und Handeln basieren auf verschiedenen Werten, welche durch interkulturelles Training vermittelt werden mssen, um den gestiegenen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden. Nicht allein die Vorbereitung auf den Auslandseinsatz ist wichtig, sondern auch die Betreuung whrend des Einsatzes im Ausland und vor allem die Wiedereingliederung hat mindestens eine genauso wichtige Funktion. Aus den genannten Grnden werde ich mit dieser Arbeit die Thematik aufgreifen, wie eine sprachliche und interkulturelle Weiterbildung von ins Ausland entsandten Fach und Fhrungskrften geleistet werden kann. Des Weiteren untersuche ich, welche Manahmen die Knowhow Vermittlung untersttzen. Darauf folgend werden Anforderungen sowie Motive der Beteiligten diskutiert, um Empfehlungen fr alle Mitwirkenden zu entwickeln. Mit Hilfe eines Fragebogens mchte ich abschlieend analysieren, ob die Theorie Recht behlt und versuchen, offen gebliebene Fragen zu beantworten. Vorliegende Literatur besttigt die hohe Bedeutung von Auslandsentsendungen vielfach. Das gestiegene Interesse an der Vermittlung von interkulturellen Handlungskompetenzen ist unter anderem den ca. 40.000 deutschen Fach und Fhrungskrften, die zeitweise im Ausland beschftigt sind, zu verdanken.
