The book is written based on the experiments and analysis on microelectrical discharge machining performances on Ti6Al4V alloy employing kerosene and deionized water dielectrics. Through microholes of diameter 300 micron were machined on Ti6Al4V material using Tungsten tool electrode of diameter 300 micron. Machining characteristics which were measured are material removal rate, tool wear rate, overcut, diameter variance of entry and exit hole and taperness. The present research will open up various challenging possibilities of further research work in the domain of micromachining in EDM using nonhydrocarbon based dielectric like deionized water.
