Ist die externe Schulbegleitung in den Niederlanden ein Modell, aus dem man im Hinblick auf Vernderungsprozesse im deutschen Schulwesen lernen kann?About the AuthorDr. Hans Feder, 1953 in Bad Mergentheim geboren, ist ttig als selbststndiger Nachhilfelehrer und Berater bei Schul und Entwicklungsproblemen im eigenen Institut. Er ist Lehrer fr Grund, Haupt und Realschulen (Fcher: Deutsch und wiss. Politik). Nach ber zwei Jahrzehnten kehrte er an die Pdagogische Hochschule Heidelberg zum Promotionsaufbaustudium (Fcher: Erziehungswissenschaft, Psychologie, Soziologie) zurck und wurde 2004 zum Dr. paed. promoviert. Parallel zur selbststndigen Ttigkeit hat er Weiterbildungen in personzentrierter Gesprchsfhrung, Beratung und Psychotherapie nach Carl R. Rogers bei der Arbeitsgemeinschaft klientenzentrierte Therapie akt Siegen (Prof. Dr. Norbert Groddeck) absolviert. Er lebt bei Heidelberg, ist verheiratet mit einer Grundschullehrerin und hat zwei Tchter.
