Our education system, one of the most expensive in the world is ranked 25th among developed countries. Americans must know these facts and must rise up and demand radical change. I have offered suggestions on paths we might take to curtail the decline of America. About the Author Rich is a financial executive and a Certified Public Accountant. He has worked in one of the world's largest public accounting firms and has served as a finance executive in a large public insurance company and in numerous entrepreneurial companies in financial services, technology and manufacturing. He also served as founder and CEO of a specialty insurance company. He resides with his wife Sally in Dunmore, PA. He has three sons and a granddaughter all of whom reside in Northern California.
