Der Autor hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, alle vorhandenen, bzw. relevanten Informationen ber Outsourcing Risiken zusammenzutragen, zu reorganisieren und in geordnetem Kontext wiederzugeben, um dem Leser einerseits einen greren berblick ber die Risiken im Outsourcing zu bieten und um ihn andererseits ber effiziente Risikomanagementsysteme aufzuklren. Letztlich soll die Arbeit dem Leser gezielte Informationen ber den richtigen Umgang mit den Geschftspartnern vermitteln und ihn auf den Outsourcing Vorgang vorbereiten. Die Aufstellung der Risiken in Verbindung mit einigen aufschlussreichen Unternehmensstudien hat gezeigt, dass sich Risiken im Outsourcing Bereich durchaus unter Kontrolle bringen lassen. In manchen Fllen lassen sich Gefahren durch einen gezielten Einsatz von Prventivmanahmen sogar gnzlich ausschlieen.
