Der Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf der weiblichen Sicht und Praxis der Mediation. Der theoretische Teil widmet sich der Beschreibung der Welt und Menschenbilder, die in der Mediation vertreten wurden und werden, sowie der Welt und Menschenbilder, die mit dem Feminismus verknpft sind. Die praktische Erforschung des Themas erfolgt durch zwei Gruppendiskussionen sowie anschlieender Analyse derselben. Dabei haben zum einen feministische Mediatorinnen miteinander diskutiert und zum anderen nichtfeministische Mediatorinnen. Die Gruppendiskussionen haben gezeigt, dass zentrale Begriffe der Mediation wie Neutralitt oder Allparteilichkeit nicht haltbar sind. Dasselbe gilt fr die Freiwilligkeit. Sofern von einem weiblichen Mediationsverstndnis ausgegangen wird, das mit den blichen Vorgaben bricht, zeigt sich, dass Feminismus und Mediation nicht nur gut zueinander passen sondern einander verstrken. Mediation ist weiblich.
