About the Author Matthias Felix Henke wurde 1981 in Witten geboren und ist in Nottuln/Westf. und Kassel aufgewachsen. Mit 19 Jahren leistete er in Palmas/Tocantins (Brasilien) den "Anderen Dienst im Ausland". Fr die 13monatige ehrenamtliche Alternative zum Zivildienst wurde er 2001 durch das Land Hessen mit dem 1. Platz fr "Ehrenamtliches Jugendengagement" ausgezeichnet. Im gleichen Jahr begann er das Jurastudium mit Begleitstudium Europarecht in Wrzburg. Zur Zeit promoviert er im europischen Vertragsrecht.
