Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2007 im Fachbereich Gesundheit Pflegewissenschaft Pflegemanagement, Note: 1,8, Hamburger FernHochschule, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In der Fhrungs und Organisationslehre werden Menschenbilder als 'Grundannahmen, Einstellungen und Erwartungen von Fhrungskrften gegenber den Zielen, Fhigkeiten, Motiven und Werten von Mitarbeitern' (WEINERT 2004, 672) verstanden. Die populren Theorien in diesem Wissenschaftsbereich sind die Menschenbildtypologien von MCGREGOR (1970, 4763) und SCHEIN (1980, 77101), diese wurden von WEINERT (1984, 3062) und STEYRER (1988, 96118) empirisch berprft und als existent nachgewiesen. Krankenhuser mit ihrem stark propagierten christlichhumanistischen Menschenbildern und den fr die Krankenpflege bedeutenden Pflegeleitbildern wurden in diesen Untersuchungen nicht bercksichtigt. Ziel der Arbeit ist die theoretische Aufbereitung und Darstellung von Fhrung im Bezug zum vorherrschenden Menschenbild in der beruflichen Krankenpflege. Ausgehend von der Annahme, dass sich das Fhrungsverstndnis in der Krankenpflege nur langsam verndert hat. Diese unterstellte Bestndigkeit von Fhrung in der Krankenpflege wird im Sinne einer unvernderten Variable vorgestellt und mit den betriebswirtschaftlichen Menschenbildtypologien nach Schein (1980, 77101) verglichen. Die praktische Relevanz der Arbeit erschliet sich aus der Reflexion der Fhrungsgeschichte und der kritischen Wrdigung eines Berufsstandes, das eigene Fhrungsverstndnis aufzuarbeiten und eine theoretische Basis fr weitere wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen zu projektieren.
