Die vorliegende Arbeit befat sich mit der FOhrung in ffentlichen Verwaltungen. Speziell analysiert sie die Fhrungssituation, mit der die bei der Bundesanstalt fr Arbeit ttigen Berufsberater konfrontiert werden. Einem praxisbezogenen Teil, der Aspekte der rbeitssituation in der Berufsberatung behandelt, folgt ein ausfhrlicher berblick ber die theoretischen Anstze zur Personal fhrung. Nach der Behandlung der FOhrungspraxis in der Bundesanstalt fr Arbeit wird die geObte Kritik ins Konstruktive gewendet. Mit dieser Arbeit wird eine umfassende Darstellung, kritische Analyse und Bewertung der Arbeits und Fhrungssituation in der Berufsberatung geleistet, die in dieser Form bisher fehlt. In ihr entwickelt der Verfasser Elemente eines FOhrungskonzeptes, welches die festgestellten Mngel der Fhrungspraxis in diesem speziellen Bereich ffentlicher Verwaltung zumindest mildern knnte.
