This book has some good ideas about self-compassion and speaking up for yourself, but I wish it went a bit deeper into the techniques. I appreciate the positive message, but some sections felt a little repetitive. It’s good, but not what I expected.

Empowering Read for Personal Growth
I recently finished 'Self-Compassion: How to Harness Kindness' and it was such a refreshing take on self-care. The practical tips really helped me become more assertive in my daily life. I love how the author encourages kindness towards ourselves while also claiming our power. Definitely a must-read!

A Bit Disappointed with the Delivery
I was really excited to get this book on self-compassion, but it took longer than expected to arrive. When I finally started reading, the content was great, but I had hoped for more actionable advice. Still, it’s a nice addition to my personal library.

Not What I Hoped For
I wanted to love this book about self-compassion, but I found it pretty underwhelming. Some concepts were nice, but they didn’t resonate with me. It felt kind of generic, and I was hoping for more depth on claiming your power. Disappointed.
