Beyond Personal Integrity, Norris Also Left A Considerable Legacy Of Achievements: He Promoted The Nonpartisan Onehouse Unicameral In Nebraska, Led The Effort To Create The Tennessee Valley Authority, And Sponsored The Rural Electrification Act.
