He also teaches accounting and finance as an Adjunct Professor for the University of Maryland University College. He is a certified public accountant, investment advisor representative and registered representative for H.D.Vest. Clifford is an officer and serves on the board of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants Inland Empire Chapter. Dr. Baugh volunteers as a Spiritual Personal Trainer and attends The Rock Church and World Outreach Center, San Bernardino, CA.
