I enjoyed the world-building in Fire Kin, especially the unique take on Halflight City. However, I felt some parts dragged a bit. Still, it's worth a read if you're into fantasy!

I had high hopes for Fire Kin but was let down. The story felt disjointed at times, and I struggled to become attached to the characters. Maybe it's just not for me?
