Als Ergebnis wird herausgearbeitet, dass Teilzeitmodelle und Arbeitszeitflexibilisierungen nicht allein die Lsung aller Probleme darstellen, aber einen sinnvollen und zugleich konomischen Ansatz bieten, um den gestiegenen Ansprchen gerecht zu werden. Die herausgearbeiteten Erkenntnisse sollen Personalverantwortliche, Fhrungskrfte und Geschftsfhrer bei der strategischen Personal und Unternehmensplanung untersttzen, um die Unternehmensstrategien mit den Prferenzen ihrer Beschftigten zu synchronisieren. About the Author Kim Oelgart, B. Sc., wurde 1986 in Lippstadt geboren. Nach ihrer Berufsausbildung als Tierarzthelferin und einem Fernstudium im Bereich Tierpsychologie ber die Schweiz entschied sich die Autorin, ihre fachlichen Qualifikationen im Bereich der Wirtschaftspsychologie durch ein Studium an der BiTS in Iserlohn weiter auszubauen. Das Bachelorstudium der Business Psychologie schloss sie im Jahr 2011 erfolgreich ab. Seit Oktober 2011 befindet sich Frau Oelgart im Masterstudium des Studiengangs Business Psychologie mit dem Schwerpunkt HRM.
