Damit bestimmen insbesondere die verwendete Technologie, die Materialauswahl und der Aufbau des Systems, die Gre, das Gewicht, die Leistungsfhigkeit, die Handhabbarkeit, die Zuverlssigkeit und zuletzt auch den Marktpreis des entsprechenden Produktes. Diese Parameter beeinfluen endscheidend den Markterfolg. Ein weiterer entscheidender Einflufaktor fr die Neu und Weiterentwicklung des Packaging ist die dynamische Entwicklung in der Halbleiter Technologie. In dieser Studienarbeit soll weiterhin die Umstellung von bleihaltigem auf bleifreies Lot implementiert werden. Fr die Hersteller von elektronischen Komponenten bricht ab Mitte 2006 eine neue ra an, denn mit Wirkung zum 01. Juli 2006 treten die neuen EU Richtlinien 2002/95/EG (Verordnung ber die Beschrnkung der Verwendung bestimmter gefhrlicher Stoffe in Elektro und Elektronikgerten) und 2002/96/EG (Verordnung ber Elektro und ElektronikAltgerte) in Kraft. Diese Richtlinien verbieten das Neuinverkehrbringen von Gerten die giftige Metalle, wie Blei, Quecksilber, Cadmium, sechswertiges Chrom oder bromierte Flammschutzmittel, enthalten.
