I really wanted to love this book, but the ending let me down. The story starts strong with intense survival scenarios, but then it just fizzles out. Not what I expected from a book about survival in the Amazon. I wish it had been more impactful.

A Gripping Survival Tale!
I couldn't put this book down! The way it describes the Amazon jungle and the teenager's fight for survival is both thrilling and educational. I bought it for my son, and he's now hooked on reading. Highly recommend for young adventurers!

Interesting but a Bit Slow
This book had some amazing survival moments but felt a bit slow in parts. The author does a good job depicting the Amazon, but I expected more action throughout. My daughter enjoyed it overall, but I think it could have been tighter.
