Zuerst soli hier jedoch auf die Forfaitierung als nahezu idea Ie Refinanzierungs und Risikoabwiilzungsmoglichkeit fUr den Exporteur ein gegangen werden, der einen Lieferantenkredit gewiihrt hat. 2. 7. 1 Lieferantenkredit und Forfaitierung Es mag nun viele GrUnde geben, warum der Exporteur aus eigener Initiative oder auf das Driingen bzw. den Wunsch des Importeurs einen Lieferantenkredit ein geriiumt hat, anstatt eine andere Finanzierungsalternative zu wiihlen. Griinde, die aus Sicht des Exporteurs fur einen Lieferantenkredit sprechen, konnen beispielsweise sein: Der Wert des Grundgeschiiftes ist so niedrig, daj3 keine Bank bereit ist, einen separaten BankzuBankKredit (Kredit an die Bank des Importeurs) oder Bestel lerkredit (Kredit an den Importeur) einzuriiumen.
