Se calcularon los espectros de neutrones, y los valores del Equivalente de dosis ambiental, en una sala de radioterapia con un LINAC de 18 MV para analizar el efecto que produce un maniqu, el aire y los muros de la sala. Los clculos se realizaron mediante el cdigo MCNP 4C para una sala con un laberinto simple y la otra con un laberinto doble. La radioterapia con rayos X producidos en un LINAC es la tcnica ms utilizada a nivel mundial; sin embargo cuando se utilizan voltajes superiores a 8 MV se producen fotoneutrones que deposita una dosis en el paciente. Por lo tanto es importante estudiar el efecto que producen los diversos materiales que se encuentran en torno al LINAC. En este estudio se usaron varios modelos para analizar los espectros y las dosis, para salas con uno y dos laberintos.
