Die Bedeutung des F nimmt konsequenterweise in der heutigen Zeit immer mehr zu. Diese Arbeit soll Ursachen fr den Erfolg des F beleuchten, die Systematik der FVertrge darstellen und Grnde dafr aufzeigen, warum die Nachfrage potenzieller FN nach etablierten Systemen immer mehr zunimmt. Ein Grund hierfr ist die Problematik junger Unternehmen, sich Zugang zu Ressourcen und Gebern zu verschaffen oftmals aufgrund mangelnder Erfahrung und fehlender Kompetenzen. Mit Hilfe eines FranchiseGebers (FG) knnen die potenziellen Entrepreneure als FranchiseNehmer (FN) dieses Problem grtenteils umgehen. Der FN erhlt durch den FG ein erprobtes und durchdachtes, durch Schulungen vermitteltes Geschftskonzept und ihm wird dadurch der Start in die Selbstndigkeit deutlich erleichtert. Auch der FG profitiert von dieser Art der Partnerschaft. FN sind in den meisten Fllen hoch motivierte, engagierte selbstndige Agenten, die im Auftrag des FG Waren oder Dienstleistungen anbieten. Der FG profitiert zustzlich vom Kapitaleinsatz des FN und von den durch ihn gesammelten Informationen, die er dem FG zur Verfgung stellen muss. Eine kritische Betrachtung der weiteren Vor und Nachteile des F bildet den Abschluss der beiden einleitenden Teile dieser Arbeit. Den Hauptteil dieser Arbeit bilden die rechtlichen Aspekte des F, wobei insbesondere auf den FVertrag eingegangen wird. Dieser stellt das zentrale Fundament der Partnerschaft zwischen FG und FN dar. Im deutschen Rechtssystem existiert kein einheitliches FGesetz, sondern das FRecht setzt sich aus einer Anzahl verschiedener Gesetzesregelungen zusammen.
