In diesem Buch werden im Anschluss an die Bestandsaufnahme der geschlechtlichen Arbeitsteilung und die blinden Flecken politikwissenschaftlicher Betrachtung die Zielsetzung der Gleichstellung der Geschlechter im Zusammenhang mit Art. 3, Abs. 2 GG diskutiert. Politik sollte hier keine gleichmachende Strategie verfolgen, sondern die Autonomie der Lebensgestaltung jedes Menschen strken. Im Zusammenhang mit menschlicher Arbeit errtert der Autor noch Anreize zur Verkrzung der Arbeitszeit und fr ein allgemeines BrgerInnengeld.
