Denn Sprache sollte insofern [...] nicht lnger nur beilufig', nachrangig' oder funktional' [...] [gehandhabt werden], sondern [...] als kulturelle Basiskompetenz und [...] zentrale Bildungskonstituente [...], die besonderer Aufmerksamkeit und Frderung bedarf' (zit. n. ROUX 2005, S. 13). In dieser Ausarbeitung wird die Intention verfolgt, einen Einblick in die Mglichkeiten zur Frderung der Zweisprachigkeit im Kindergarten zu gewhren. Zur Einfhrung wird im ersten Teil der Ausarbeitung theoretische Grundlagen' zunchst das Thema zum berblick in den Rahmen der interkulturellen Pdagogik und der Sprachfrderung im Elementarbereich eingeordnet, indem die Erluterung der Notwendigkeit und der Bedeutung dieser zwei Bereiche Bercksichtigung findet. Ansetzend an diesen Ausgangspunkt schliet der erste Abschnitt mit der Erkenntnis ab, dass bei einer wirksamen Umsetzung der Interkulturellen Pdagogik Sprachfrderung nur ein Teil der Gesamtkonzeption im Kindergarten sein kann. Die nhere Betrachtung des Erstspracherwerbs und der Zweisprachigkeit trgt dazu bei, ein Hintergrundwissen von den theoretischen Grundlagen zu erlangen, um die Mglichkeiten der Frderung der Zweisprachigkeit einschtzen zu knnen.
