They Sealed Their Bond With A Blood Compact Whereby Jefferson Would Liberate His Slaves Upon Kosciuszkos Death. But Jefferson Died Without Fulfilling The Promise He Had Made To Kosciuszkoand To A Fledgling Nation Founded On The Principle Of Liberty And Justice For All.
