Die schtzende Passivschicht, die im alkalischen Bereich noch vorhanden ist (nicht karbonatisierter Bereich), wird entweder durch Chloride lokal durchdrungen oder das Stickstoffdioxid fhrt zur Karbonatisierung, wodurch der pHWert sinkt und die Passivitt aufgehoben wird. Die materialzerstrende Wirkung von Frost und Tausalze folgt aus der Sprengwirkung des Eises beim Gefrieren und der Salze beim Auftauen. Die Materialzerstrung ist in der Tatsache begrndet, dass, durch die Gefrier/ Auftauzyklen des Salzwassersystems, zwei Materialsysteme durch den Ablauf dynamischer Prozesse entstehen. Das Wasser erleidet in der Phase des Gefrierens eine Volumenvergrerung und bt Druck auf die Umgebung bzw. Salzlsung aus. Das Auftauen wirkt dehnt sich die konzentrierte Salzlsung aus und bt ihrerseits Druck auf das Eis und Porensystem [1]. Der vorliegende Entwurf soll den Frost Tausalzwiderstand von unterschiedlichen Betonzusammensetzungen mit einem Luftporengehalt von 4 6 % mit dem so genannten CDF Verfahren (Capillary suction of Deicing Solution and Freeze Thaw Test) untersuchen. Als Beurteilungsgre nimmt dieser Versuch die Abwitterungsmenge von Oberflchen, die einer Vielzahl von definierten FrostTauWechseln in Gegenwart von Taumitteln (i. d. R. NaClLsung) ausgesetzt werden. Es gilt einen Beton mit Polymeren als Zusatzmittel in Beziehung mit einem Normalbeton zu setzen. Dabei sollen beide Betone, d.h. der Referenz und auch der "Polymerbeton", die Bedingungen der Expositionklasse XF 4 erfllen.
