Ausgehend von mglichen Gesamtlsungen fr das fnfachsige Frsen und von einer Untersuchung der Leistungsfhigkeit heutiger numerischer Steuerungen (NC) fr dieses Bearbeitungsverfahren werden im Schwerpunkt Mglichkeiten fr eine Frsergeometriekorrektur direkt in der NC behandelt. Die Korrektur erlaubt den Einsatz von Frsern mit kleinen Abweichungen von der Nenngeometrie und bercksichtigt sowohl unterschiedliche Bearbeitungsflle wie beliebig gekrmmte Flchen oder Regelflchen als auch eine Anzahl unterschiedlicher Frsertypen. Es wird die Integration der Lsungen in eine neue NCStruktur mit erweiterter NCDatenschnittstelle vorgestellt. Die fr eine optimierte Lsung der Frsergeometriekorrektur erforderlichen Modifikation im Programmiersystem werden untersucht. Ergnzend zur Hauptthematik werden Mglichkeiten der OffsetBearbeitung und im Rahmen der Komplettbearbeitung die Bercksichtigung der Frsergeometrie beim zweieinhalb und dreiachsigen Frsen beschrieben.
