Ist eine Aktie fair bewertet, unterbewertet oder gar berbewertet? Zur Beantwortung dieser Frage bedienen sich Investoren weltweit der fundamentalen Aktienbewertung. Ziel der Arbeit ist es, die fundamentale Aktienbewertung auf Basis von Rechnungslegungsgren erstmals einer umfassenden und kritischen Eignungsbeurteilung zu unterziehen. Zunchst werden rechnungslegungsbasierte Bewertungsanstze analysiert. Im Mittelpunkt steht der EigenkapitalErfolgAnsatz von Ohlson, der formal und inhaltlich weiterentwickelt wird. Hieraus ergeben sich aufschlureiche Erkenntnisse ber Strken und Schwchen von praxisbeliebten Bewertungsmodellen, etwa bezglich des kritischen Restwertproblems solcher Modelle. Darauf aufbauend wird untersucht, inwieweit die Rechnungslegung der Praxis den jeweiligen Modellanforderungen an die Daten gengt. Hierzu wird die Rechnungslegung nach deutschem HGB im Vergleich zu der nach USGAAP einer umfassenden Eignungsanalyse unterworfen.
