Product Description Die vorliegende Studie verfolgt das Ziel, die vielfltigen Funktionen aufzuzeigen, die das Beschaffungscontrolling dem Management zur Realisierung von Beschaffungserfolgen, vor dem Hintergrund eines anspruchsvollen Wettbewerbsumfelds, bereitstellt. Auch die dazu notwendige instrumentale Ausgestaltung wird diskutiert. Auerdem werden die durch inner und auerbetriebliche Einflussfaktoren verursachten, notwendigen, funktionalen und instrumentalen Anpassungsmanahmen des Beschaffungscontrollings, zur Gewhrleistung zuknftiger Beschaffungserfolge, dargestellt. Dazu werden zunchst die vier Kernfunktionen des Beschaffungscontrollings, die Informations, Planungs, Kontroll, und Steuerungsfunktion prsentiert. Im Anschluss daran werden aktuell hufig verwendete, sowie zuknftig als besonders relevant zu erachtende, Controlling Instrumente im Beschaffungsbereich, benannt, erlutert und evaluiert. About the Author Jens Janen wurde 1988 in Erlangen geboren. Das Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, mit der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, schloss der Autor im Jahr 2012 an der Technischen Universitt Darmstadt, mit dem akademischen Grad des Bachelor of Science, erfolgreich ab. Bereits whrend des Studiums sammelte der Autor umfassende praktische Erfahrungen in Einkaufs und Beschaffungsfragen. Dies motivierte ihn, sich der Thematik der vorliegenden Studie zu widmen. Derzeit befindet er sich im konsekutiven Masterstudiengang.
