Honestly, I was a bit disappointed with this book. The layout was nice, but some of the information felt outdated. I was hoping for more comprehensive guides on native plants. It’s okay, but I won’t be using it often.

This book has a lot of great ideas for gardening on California's coast, but I wish it went a bit deeper into plant care specifics. I found some chapters helpful, but others felt a bit rushed. Still, it's decent for beginners!
