Illustrated throughout with beautiful detailed color drawings which detailed, clear, and extremely helpful as an augmentation to the explanation of the techniques. Included is a chapter on how to make vegtables into flowers and a final one on showing off which contains spectacular ideas for special occasions.

This book has some nice ideas, but I was hoping for more detailed techniques. It's great for beginners, but if you're looking for advanced garnishing skills, you might not find what you need here. Still, it's a decent start!
