Generaciones is an intermediatelevel Spanish composition and conversation textbook for college and advanced high school courses, for native speakers of both Spanish and English. It focuses on cultural content with extensive readings from sources all across the Hispanic world. In Generaciones, students can learn to engage in Spanish conversation in engaging new ways using an extensive assortment of spoken language functions such as inquiries, compliments, excuses, complaints, and defending opinions. The text presents writing activities in a challenging, creative, and most of all, a realistic format to help students master several different styles of composition.
