Darber hinaus ist es interessant die Fragestellung, ob prozezentrierte Manahmen besser sind als Business Reengineering, zu untersuchen. Die Untersuchung ist so aufgebaut, da sie den oben angefhrten Punkten gedanklich folgt. Zunchst werden im zweiten Kapitel die Grundlagen der Management bySysteme speziell von der Fhrungstechnik MbO, behandelt. Diese Ausfhrungen erfolgen auf einer theoretischen Grundlage. Anschlieend wird im dritten Kapitel, anhand einer TheorieReflexion, Business Reengineering in groben Zgen erlutert. Diese Erluterung lehnt sich nicht an den zahlreich zitierten Taylorismus. Auf dieser Grundlage wird im vierten Kapitel, das den Mittelpunkt bilden wird, versucht ausgehend von einem durchgngigen erfolgreichen BusinessReengineering Projekt die Auswirkungen auf MbO zu verdeutlichen. Die Ausfhrungen4 sttzen sich auf eine PraxisReflexion und derzeitige Diskussionen der Fhrungsstil Forschung.
