So etwas habe ich in dieser KUrze und Pragnanz noch nirgendwo gelesen: Zivilpro zeB ganz klar! Selbstverstandlich behandelt die Verfasserin auch die Kosten der Rechtsverfolgung, und zwar sowohl die Ge richts als auch die Anwaltskosten. Diese Kosten spielen spa ter bei der optimierung der ProzeBentscheidung eine wesentliche Rolle. sie sind dafUr verantwortlich, daB prinzipiell die Ver gleichsbereitschaft hoch sein sollte. Bei der praktischen Durchsetzung von RechtsansprUchen spielt das sogenannte Mahnverfahren eine groBe Rolle, das ebenfalls sorgfaltig und kenntnisreich dargestellt wird.
