Product Description Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2003 im Fachbereich Ingenieurwissenschaften Maschinenbau, Note: 1,7, Hochschule fr Technik, Wirtschaft und Gestaltung Konstanz (Maschinenbau), Veranstaltung: Fertigungsverfahren, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Das Gesenkschmieden an sich ist ein WarmMassivumformverfahren. Nach DIN 8583 gehrt es zu den Druckumformverfahren mit gegeneinander bewegten Formwerkzeugen, wobei der Werkstoff in eine bestimmte Richtung gedrngt wird und die Form der im Gesenk vorhandenen Gravuren annimmt. Dabei wird das Rohteil (je nach Legierungszustzen) auf ca. 1200 C erwrmt und ber mehrere Zwischenformen zum fertigen Werkstck umgeformt. Als Werkstoff knnen nahezu alle knetbaren Sthle und Nichteisenmetalle zur Herstellung eines Gesenkschmiedestckes verwendet werden. Jedoch ist fr das Gesenkschmieden der wichtigste Werkstoff Stahl. Er lsst sich durch Legierungszustze und Wrmebehandlung unterschiedlichen Anforderungen an Hrte, Streckgrenze, Zugfestigkeit, Bruchdehnung, Zhigkeit, Dauerschwingfestigkeit, Warmfestigkeit, Zerspanbarkeit und Korrosionsbestndigkeit anpassen. Schmiedeteile sind vielseitige, sichere und wirtschaftliche Bauteile zur bertragung von Krften und Bewegungen. Das wichtigste ist aber, dass Schmiedeteile durch andere Fertigungsverfahren hergestellte Bauteile ersetzt werden knnen. Dies ist oft der Fall, wenn die Sicherheit im Vordergrund steht oder die werkstoffspezifische berlegenheit genutzt werden soll. Diese berlegenheiten stellen sich als eine hohe Festigkeit und einen gnstigeren Faserverlauf dar. Allerdings sind den Gestaltungsmglichkeiten und auch den Einsatzgebieten natrlich gewisse Grenzen gesetzt. Diese gilt es gegeneinander abzuwgen. About the Author Michael Reichel wurde in Sigmaringen geboren. Seit seinem Maschinenbaustudium an der FHKonstanz arbeitet er als Ingenieur in der Produktentwicklung. Seine (technischen) Publikationen sind: Gesenkschmieden von Stahl, Form und Lagetoleranzen, Zerspankraftkomponentenmessung und Kurzhubhonen und mechanische Rauhtiefenmessung.
