El objetivo del libro es presentar el anlisis sobre la Gestin Escolar de directivos de Educacin Primaria y si stos permiten desarrollar una Organizacin Inteligente. Se trabaj con cinco escuelas en total. la metodologa fue cualitativa, el tipo de investigacin fue descriptivainterpretativa, teniendo el mtodo etnomenolgico. El diseo de la investigacin fue un estudio de caso. El anlisis permiti identificar aspectos relevantes en las organizaciones: liderazgo, formacin, estilos de direccin, resolucin de conflictos, clima de trabajo, colaboracin y proyeccin. Las organizaciones jerrquicas y dictatoriales sern reemplazadas por las Organizaciones Inteligentes y el texto aporta los elementos de dichas organizaciones, las cuales promueven amplios derechos e informacin para todos, equipos libres, diversidad y redes de aprendizaje. Cuando una organizacin modifica su comportamiento como respuesta a un conocimiento y percepciones nuevas, est adquiriendo competencias para enfrentarse ante los retos educativos actuales.
