Auf Basis der aktuellen Zahlen kann man noch nicht von einem flchendeckenden Fachkrftemangel sprechen. Da aber zwischen Konzeption, Implementation und nachhaltiger Wirkung personalpolitischer Manahmen Jahre vergehen, ist das Thema bereits jetzt von zentralem Interesse. Es wird herausgearbeitet, welche Erfolgsfaktoren, Risiken und Chancen mit einer Employer Branding Strategie fr kleine und mittlere Unternehmen verbunden sind. Dabei zeigt sich die herausragende Bedeutung der Glaubwrdigkeit als ein mageblicher Erfolgs und Risikofaktor fr eine Employer Branding Strategie. Die grte Chance fr kleine und mittlere Unternehmen ist es, die eigene Unternehmenskultur auszubauen. In dieser Arbeit wird darber hinaus die tragende Rolle des internen Employer Brandings im Rahmen der Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeiter deutlich. About the Author Kiarash Behnood wurde 1983 in Teheran geboren. Im Studium entwickelte der Autor ein besonderes Interesse an den Themen des Marketing und des Human Ressource Managements. Seine Abschlussarbeit "Employer Branding fr kleine und mittlere Unternehmen" reichte er am Zentrum fr Personalforschung an der Universitt Hamburg ein.
