This book is a charming read. I bought it for my niece who is 5, and she was captivated by the whale's adventures. The message of kindness is delivered so well. Only downside was the shipping took an extra couple days, but it was worth the wait!

I found 'The Small Whale with a Big Heart' to be a bit lacking in excitement. The illustrations are nice, but the story didn’t grab my son's attention as I'd hoped. He enjoyed it, but we have other favorites that keep him more engaged. It’s an okay read.
