I found the exercises in the book to be quite useful, but the layout is a bit cluttered. Sometimes it's hard to follow the instructions clearly. I think it could be improved with better organization, but the content is solid for learning. I'd say it's worth a shot if you're committed to practicing!

Great Resource for Learning Spanish!
I bought this Spanish edition of 'Gimnasia Cerebral' for my high school son to help him with his studies. The mental exercises are engaging and really make him think. It's a fun way to expand his vocabulary while working on his cognitive skills too!
