About the Author The human author is Billy John Parrott. He is an 84 year old christian. He has been married for 62 years, has 7 children and 11 grand children. He has a Masters degree in Public Administration, a second one in Finance and he studied for one in Theology. He is a graduate of the Institute of Lay Theology at the University of San Francisco. He cowrote (with his son John) the book 'You can afford to retire' in 1992.
